Its glycerin is sealed right into the walls of the body, so as long as smoke is in the piece, it's getting chilled, by up to 300°. How to use & clean
- FreezePut it in the freezer for 1 hour.
- FillAdd water and drop in the bowl.

How the glycerin cooling works
- Freeze it. One hour in the freezer turns the sealed glycerin ice-cold, and it holds that cold far longer than ice.
- Smoke takes the long way. The coil runs the smoke through the frozen glycerin before it reaches you.
- Heat gets pulled out. Hits arrive up to 300° cooler: smoother, less harsh, way less coughing.
Glycerin doesn't expand when it freezes, so there's no stress on the glass. Wide-diameter coils keep airflow open and won't clog.

Add 99% isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt (or any glass cleaner), plug the openings and shake. Let it soak 10–15 minutes for a deeper clean, rinse with room-temp water, and let it dry fully before refreezing.
